Recently, I bought a data cable for charging or transferring data between my phone and computer.
Am I doing something wrong? I want to transfer photos from my phone onto my computer. |

Whick model of the Cosmos do you have?? Generally, you will need an SD Card in the phone in order to have PC connectivity. The PC actually talks to the SD card and can transfer files back and forth. With the SD Card in the phone, you should be able to go into your Photo album, on the phone, and copy or move all of your photos to the SD Card and then plug the phone into the USB cable. Make sure the phone is in "Mass Storage" mode and the SD card will show up on your PC as another Drive. Let me know how this works. |

Yes there are two ways to transfer files... A lot of people don't have or want to use an SD Card Reader. |
